Members Bar Card
All members receive a personal Bar Card, allowing you to top it up and enjoy your favorite drinks at our bar. Plus, every purchase (excluding tea/coffee) made with your Bar Card gives you a fantastic 10% discount!
County Card Scheme
As a member of the Durham County Golf Union, all our Golfing Members receive the NEW Durham County Card. This exclusive privilege enables you to explore other Golf Clubs within the county and enjoy preferential golfing rates. Discover more about this exciting scheme here!
Tyne Valley Golf Alliance
We’re thrilled to be part of the Tyne Valley Golf Alliance, alongside 6 other exceptional Clubs, including Allendale, Garesfield, Haltwhistle, Prudhoe, Ryton, and Tynedale (Hexham). This fantastic arrangement is available to all our full members aged 18 years and above. It grants each member ONE FREE round per year at each visiting club. Additional rounds come at a discounted rate! To take advantage of this offer, please book at least 24 hours in advance directly with the visiting club.
Masterkey Group
As part of the Masterkey Group, in collaboration with Alwick Castle, Beamish Park, Chester-Le-Street, Richmond, Whickham, and Wearside Golf Clubs, our full members aged 18 years and above enjoy the privilege of ONE FREE round per year at each participating club. Any extra rounds are available at a special discounted rate! Remember to book at least 24 hours in advance directly with the visiting club.
Reciprocal Agreements
We’ve established Reciprocal agreements with several esteemed Golf Clubs. Take advantage of the following benefits:
Seaham: First round free, then subsequent rounds for only £8!
Bellingham: Enjoy any round at any time for just £10!
Hobson: Play a round for only £10. Available anytime from Monday to Friday and after 2pm on weekends. Remember to book up to 5 days in advance.
Competition Tokens
All golfing members will receive 3 tokens annually: one for Singles/Club Competition, another for Pairs Competitions, and a final one for Mixed Competitions. These tokens grant free entry into most competitions. It’s our way of introducing new golfers to the competitive side of the sport while also rewarding our long-standing supporters!
Birthday Drinks
We love celebrating your special day! As a member, you’re entitled to 2 free drinks on your birthday—one for you and one for a special friend. Claim your birthday treat within 1 week before or after your birthday and join us for a memorable celebration!
Reduced Buggy Hire
Exploring the course on a buggy? We’ve got you covered! As a member, you can hire our buggies for just £17.50, instead of the regular £22.50 fee. Enjoy the convenience and comfort as you navigate the course.
Free Room Hire
All our golfing members can take advantage of free room hire for themselves and their spouse, parents, siblings, and children. Whether you’re planning a special occasion or a gathering with loved ones, our stunning venue overlooking the beautiful Derwent Valley sets the perfect stage for unforgettable moments.
The Weekly Draw
Here’s your chance to participate in our exciting Weekly Draw! For an annual fee of £60, you’ll be entered into a WEEKLY draw with prizes of £50 and £25. As an added bonus, all participants will enjoy an increased bar card discount of 15%!
